새벽배송, 당일배송, 2시간 내 배송 등 유통업계에서 빠른 배송 경쟁이 계속되는 가운데 11번가가 당일 배송 서비스를 종료하고 직매입 상품 중심의 익일 배송 서비스를 강화하는 방향으로 노선을 바꿨다. 서비스 규모가 작고 배송 효율이 기대했던 만큼 나지 않아 서비스를 종료하게 됐다는 설명이다.
