팬톤이 2022년 올해의 색으로 '베리 페리(Very Peri)'를 선정했다. 보랏빛 색 '베리 페리'는 팬톤이 내년을 앞두고 새롭게 창조한 색으로, 불변을 상징하는 푸른색과 에너지를 의미하는 빨간색이 섞인 색이다. 2021년의 색상은 '얼티미트 그레이'와 '일루미네이팅' 두 가지였다.

Pantone has chosen 'Very Peri' as its color of the year for 2022. The purple color 'Berry Perry' is a new color created by Pantone ahead of next year, and is a mixture of blue, symbolizing immutability, and red, meaning energy. There were two colors for 2021, 'Ultimate Gray' and 'Illuminating'.
