네이버 검색창에 한 단어만 쳐도 원하는 결과를 간편하게 찾아볼 수 있는 인공지능(AI) 기술이 적용된 후 콘텐츠 소비가 265% 급증한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 네이버는 내달 스마트블록에 개인화 랭킹 모델을 도입하고, 성·연령을 기반으로 제공되던 스마트블록 결과를 더욱 개인화할 예정이다.
