카카오가 카카오톡 오픈채팅방에 음성서비스 '보이스룸'을 4월 5일 신규 출시할 예정이다. 보이스룸은 채팅방 내에서 이용자들이 자유롭게 음성으로 대화할 수 있도록 하는 서비스다. 기존의 텍스트, 사진, 영상 등 커뮤니케이션 형태 외에도 음성 플랫폼 생태계까지 확장시키는 모습으로 보인다.
