네이버는 자체 개발한 AI '하이퍼클로바'를 선물하기 서비스에 적용해, AI가 선물 메시지를 추천하는 'AI 추천 메시지' 기능을 도입했다고 밝혔다. 사용자는 선물하는 상품의 종류, 보내는 의도, 받는 대상 등에 맞는 적절한 메시지를 AI가 추천하고, 사용자는 마음에 드는 문구를 선택해 수정할 수 있다.

Naver announced that it has introduced the 'AI Recommendation Message' function, in which AI recommends a gift message by applying its self-developed AI 'Hyperclova' to the gift-giving service. The AI recommends an appropriate message for the user to present, such as the type of product to be gifted, the intention to send, and the intended recipient, and the user can select and edit the desired text.
