서울시가 발표한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 평가에 따르면 종합몰에서는 코스트코 온라인몰, 오픈마켓에서는 쿠팡, 라이브 커머스에서는 네이버 쇼핑라이브, 의류몰에서는 보리보리가 1위를 차지했다. 소비자 만족도를 평가한 결과 '식품몰' 분야가 가장 높았고, OTA(여행/숙박)는 지속적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 평가됐다.

According to the evaluation of internet shopping malls announced by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Costco Online Mall took first place in general malls, Coupang in open markets, Naver Shopping Live in live commerce, and Barley Barley in clothing malls.
