쿠팡, 조직적 허위 리뷰... 참여연대·민변 등 공정위 신고.
참여연대 등 시민사회단체는 쿠팡이 PB 상품에 허위 리뷰를 작성하도록 한 정황이 드러났다며 공정위에 신고했다. 이들이 문제 삼은 PB 상품은 쿠팡의 자회사 '씨피엘비'(CPLB)가 출시한 코멧, 탐사 등 4,200여 개 상품으로, 직원들에게 대가 없이 조직적으로 해당 상품 리뷰를 작성하도록 했다는 지적이다.

Civil society groups, such as the Solidarity for Participation, reported to the Fair Trade Commission, claiming that it was discovered that Coupang made false reviews on PB products. It is pointed out that the PB products they took issue with are about 4,200 products, such as Comet and Exploration, launched by CPLB, a subsidiary of Coupang, and that they have employees systematically write reviews of these products without payment.
