Talk announced that it would launch a global beta version of 'Effect House', a platform that anyone can create and generate revenue for TikTok filters. Through the Effects House, designers can handle the entire process required for filter development and maintenance in one place, from downloading production tools, registering created filters, and managing quality assurance.
