네이버파이낸셜은 스마트스토어 판매자에게 배송비를 보상하는 '반품안심케어'를 시작한다고 밝혔다. '반품안심케어'는 구매자의 단순 변심뿐만 아니라 오배송과 같은 판매자의 귀책까지, 모든 교환·반품 사유에 대해 배송비를 보상한다. 택배사에 관계없이 주문 건당 배송비 최대 6천 원까지 지급한다.

Naver Financial announced that it will start 'Return Safe Care', which compensates shipping costs for Smart Store sellers. 'Return Safe Care' compensates for shipping costs for all reasons for exchange or return, not only the buyer's simple change of mind but also the seller's fault, such as misdelivery. We pay up to 6,000 won per order, regardless of the courier company.
