공정위, SNS 뒷광고 제재 4건뿐.
협찬이나 광고용 콘텐츠라는 점을 숨긴 ‘SNS 뒷광고’와 이용후기 조작 등 소비자를 속이는 마케팅에 대한 공정거래위원회의 제재 실적이 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 공정위는 불공정 마케팅을 엄단하겠다는 의지를 밝힌 이후에도 실효성 없는 대응에 그치고 있다.
