Jente partners with specialized logistics firm to elevate luxury delivery standards

Luxury online boutique platform Jente has partnered with Valex, a specialized logistics company, to enhance the luxury experience for its customers. The premium delivery partnership agreement, signed at Jente's headquarters in Gangnam, aims to minimize customer concerns and inconveniences while prioritizing reliability and safety in luxury purchases and deliveries. Jente's chief operating officer, Kim Jeong-yeop, expressed the commitment to enriching the luxury ecosystem for clients, ensuring specialized services from purchase to delivery. Valex's dedicated delivery vehicles are equipped with high-level security measures, akin to those used in cash transportation, guaranteeing nationwide next-day delivery with closed-circuit television monitoring systems, GPS trackers, and alarms for loss or damage prevention. The partnership offers premium delivery options, face-to-face transactions, and comprehensive compensation coverage in case of accidents during delivery, leveraging Valex's 25-year accident-free track record. Jente's strategic moves, including the partnership with Fapis for luxury item repair services, demonstrate its dedication to enhancing the overall luxury goods experience for customers and expanding its global market presence through targeted marketing strategies and local partnerships. The platform's efforts have yielded positive results, achieving a quarterly surplus for the first time this year, with sales totaling 22.6 billion won ($16.5 million) and operating profits of 510 million won in the first quarter.
