Treasure to release new single ‘King Kong’


Treasure, a K-pop boy group under YG Entertainment, is set to release a new single called "King Kong" on May 28, marking their comeback after a nine-month hiatus. The teaser poster and a 14-second clip hint that the song will revolve around the theme of love, with members Choi Hyun-suk and Yoshi contributing to the lyrics. Notable K-pop producers, including Airplay, Jared Lee, and Choice37, were involved in the composition process, promising a departure from Treasure's previous releases with a blend of powerful energy, charisma, and trendy sounds. In addition to their upcoming single, Treasure is currently on their second Asia tour, "2024 Treasure Relay Tour Reboot," with upcoming shows in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta. Moreover, the group is slated to embark on a fan meeting tour in Japan in July, showcasing their commitment to engaging with fans across various regions.
