In response, Zelenskyy expressed optimism for ongoing cooperation with South Korea amidst the conflict and extended an invitation to Yoon for the upcoming Ukraine peace summit in Switzerland. The two leaders also agreed to maintain open communication to bolster freedom and peace in Ukraine and work towards ending the ongoing war. Last year, Yoon had personally met with Zelenskyy in Kyiv, demonstrating strong support for the war-torn nation.
