Yoon's dinner with SME biz leaders features spicy chicken ramyeon, frozen gimbap

President Yoon Suk Yeol gave a speech at a ceremony celebrating the 36th anniversary of SMEs Entrepreneur's Day at the presidential office in Seoul. He also hosted a dinner for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) businesspeople on the same day, where he praised their economic contributions and surprised them with spicy chicken ramyeon and frozen gimbap. The annual SMEs Entrepreneur's Day, attended by Yoon for the third consecutive year, brought together around 500 participants from SMEs, venture companies, and startups. Notable guests included Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo, and Shinsegae Group Chairman Chung Yong-jin. The banquet, held outside the office, featured Samyang Foods' spicy chicken ramyeon and frozen gimbap, which have gained popularity among K-food enthusiasts on social media platforms. During the event, President Yoon pledged to foster a business-friendly environment to support local companies in their global market endeavors. Last year, a similar outdoor banquet hosted by Yoon featured robot-fried chicken and robot-made single-serving pizzas from food startups.
