K-pop sibling duo AKMU, under YG Entertainment, recently released their third EP, "Love Episode," featuring six tracks with "Hero" as the lead. The older brother, Lee Chan-hyuk, contributed to composing and writing the lyrics for the entire album. YG Entertainment described the songs as conveying acoustic sounds with various genre variations, offering a fresh and easy-listening experience under the theme of 'love' that resonates with a wide audience. To celebrate their 10-year debut anniversary, AKMU will hold standalone concerts on June 15 and 16 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, and they are also scheduled to perform at Japan's Summer Sonic 2024 music festival on August 17. Since their appearance on the TV competition "K-pop Star" in 2012, AKMU has been steadily building a strong fan base and portfolio. Lee Chan-hyuk has been recognized as a "genius songwriter," while his younger sibling, Lee Su-hyun, is praised for her delicate yet powerful vocals.
