If they are dissatisfied, they can return the car and receive a full refund with no penalties. The eligible vehicles for this service are selected monthly, primarily focusing on popular models, and customers can apply for the trial through the inquiry channel of Han Sung Motor's certified used car website. Following consultation, payment, and insurance application, the vehicle is delivered to the customer's preferred location via the home delivery service. Han Sung Motor aims to enhance customer convenience and the online purchasing experience for preowned Mercedes-Benz vehicles through the introduction of this three-day refund service. In addition to the refund option, customers who apply for the trial will also receive other benefits, including free lifetime oil changes and 24-hour nationwide free delivery.
