The members described the album as their fourth travel-themed album, filled with happiness and excitement, with each song representing a different genre, similar to a variety of dishes in a lunch box. They also shared insights into the creation of the album, including the empowering message behind the title track "Superpower" and the contributions of the members to the choreography and lyrics of the B-side tracks. Before the album's release, Blitzers had a memorable experience appearing on "Britain's Got Talent (BGT)" and advanced to the semifinals.
