Jin of BTS to meet fans on group's debut anniversary post-military discharge

Jin, the oldest member of BTS, is set to return from his military service on June 12. Following his discharge, he will participate in the "2024 Festa" event at the Seoul Jamsil Sports Complex on June 13, coinciding with the anniversary of BTS' debut. The event will include a "Jin's Greeting" session where he will have a hugging event with 1,000 fans, followed by various segments showcasing different aspects of Jin. The latter part of the event will be live-streamed on Weverse for fan club members who cannot attend in person. The offline event will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and will offer activities such as making upcycling accessories and a BTS song lyrics lottery. In addition to Jin's return, the two-week festival will feature various events, including "Bang Bang Con," an online streaming of BTS's past concert performances, as well as surprise content to be unveiled on Wednesday and Friday, which has piqued fans' curiosity. All seven BTS members, including Jin, are currently serving in the military, with Jin having been an assistant instructor at a front-line infantry division boot camp in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. Detailed information about Jin's fan event will be announced at a later date.
