[Today’s K-pop] Twice’s Nayeon brings out 2nd solo EP


Nayeon of Twice held a media showcase in Seoul to debut her second solo EP, "NA," where she expressed feeling pressure from the unexpected success of her first solo album. Despite the pressure, she aimed to enjoy the process of creating the new album and emphasized the importance of cherishing her time as a solo artist while focusing on group activities. The EP features seven tracks with the pop-dance tune "ABCD" as the lead, and the physical album will be released on Friday. Zerobaseone announced its plan to host pop-up stores in six Asian cities as part of its collaboration with IPX to celebrate the release of their third EP, "You had me at Hello." The band had a successful promotion of their third EP, earning four trophies from television music chart shows and selling over 1 million copies of the album on the day of release. They also topped iTunes top albums chart in 23 regions. The band will kick off its first international tour in September. Additionally, Riize, under SM Entertainment, will open a pop-up store in Suwon to commemorate the release of their first EP, "Riizing," while also embarking on their first fan concert tour across Asia. Lastly, Jungkook of BTS achieved a solo record on Oricon's chart with his English-language single "Never Let Go," dedicated to his fans, which debuted at No. 1 on the daily digital single ranking and topped iTunes Top Songs chart in 102 regions.
