Blackswan is back with 'Roll Up'

The first K-pop girl group, Blackswan, made up entirely of non-South Korean members, is preparing for a comeback. Their new album "Roll Up" is scheduled for release on July 31 at 6 p.m., marking their first release since the single album "That Karma" came out in May last year. The EP includes the title track "Roll Up" and a total of four songs, with the title track having an impressive lineup of producers known for their work with BTS and Blackpink. The choreography for the title track is by Kany, who has previously worked with Beyonce and SHINee, and the music video was filmed in Dubai by director Lee Sa-kang. The album also features the B-side track "C'est jamais vue," with lyrics co-written by Blackswan's leader, Senegal national Fatou, and "Double Down," a refreshing summer song that was first unveiled during the group's performance at Waterbomb Dubai in June. Blackswan, known for being the first K-pop girl group with all non-Korean members, consists of Senegal-born Fatou raised in Belgium, Gabi from Brazil, NVee from the US, and Sriya from India. The group has previously toured the US, performed a standalone concert in Mumbai, India, and appeared at Waterbomb Dubai.
