Hyundai Group chair named honorary province governor


Hyundai Group Chairperson Hyun Jeong-eun has been reappointed as the honorary governor of North Chungcheong Province, recognizing her and Hyundai's contributions to regional development. The appointment ceremony took place at Hyundai Group's headquarters in Seoul, attended by Kim Yong-hwan, the governor of North Chungcheong Province, and Hyun Jeong-eun. In her speech, Hyun expressed her commitment to support the province's development into the nation's premier industrial cluster, emphasizing the region's potential as an economic, educational, and cultural hub.
