[Today’s K-pop] Zerobaseone to return next month: report

Zerobaseone is set to make a comeback in late August, as reported by local media on Friday. The boy band, formed through a survival show, gained fame in the K-pop scene with their debut album "Youth In The Shade," which became a million-seller on the day of its release. Their previous album, "You had me at Hello," was a third EP released in mid-May. The group will embark on a global tour from September, following a two-day live show in Seoul. Astro's Sanha is preparing to release his first solo album next month, confirmed by his agency Fantagio. Having debuted in 2016, Sanha has only released a self-written song "Wish" on his own, and he is also considering a male lead role in the drama "My Girlfriend is a Manly Man," based on a popular webtoon. He has already completed filming a music video for his upcoming album. Girl group Kiss of Life is celebrating its first debut anniversary, having released three mini albums and a digital single over the past year. The group will host a livestream event to show appreciation to their fans. Their latest single "Sticky" debuted on Melon's real-time chart and topped iTunes Top Songs chart in Peru. NewJeans has unveiled the Korean-language version of its Japan debut single "Supernatural," along with a new music video that includes a breaking news segment about supernatural phenomena and mutant creatures. The single album achieved high rankings on various music charts despite being sung in Japanese.
