Ador CEO claims sexual misconduct allegation orchestrated against her

The power struggle between Hybe and its subsidiary Ador's CEO, Min Hee-jin, initially centered on her alleged attempt to seize management rights. However, the conflict has now escalated to include accusations of sexual misconduct against Min, with implications that Hybe may be involved in these allegations. The sexual misconduct claims emerged amid the ongoing feud between Min and Hybe, with reports suggesting that the conflict was leaked by sources connected to Hybe. These reports alleged that Min made inappropriate remarks to a former female employee and attempted to cover up the employee's whistleblowing on sexual harassment and workplace bullying by a male executive at Ador. Min has denied these allegations and implied that the situation may be orchestrated to pressure her into stepping down, suggesting that Hybe could be behind the accusations. The former female employee, who resigned from Ador in March, stated in an interview that she became a casualty in the conflict between Hybe and Ador, emphasizing that her initial report was unrelated to Hybe. She also created a social media account to clarify her position, alleging that she experienced sexual harassment, workplace bullying, and unfair treatment while working under the male executive at Ador. Text messages between Min and the male executive revealed Min's criticism of the female employee as a "feminist" overly focused on whistleblowing. The female employee filed a formal complaint with the company and resigned, but Hybe concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support either side, citing conflicting accounts from both parties.
