Honeywell taps strategy expert to lead Korean office


Honeywell, a multinational conglomerate, has appointed Dean Park as the head of its Korean office to drive growth in the country. Park's focus will be on delivering tailored products and solutions to meet the specific needs of Korea's key industries, aligning with the megatrends of automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition. His responsibilities include engaging with strategic accounts, strengthening the company's position in the regional industry channels, developing talent and leadership within the country. Park expressed his enthusiasm for joining Honeywell and highlighted the market's potential, especially in technology areas like automation and artificial intelligence. Nigel Brockett, president of Honeywell's Asia Pacific region, welcomed Park to the team and emphasized the company's commitment to being a trusted technology partner, supporting the region's leadership in automation, air travel, and energy transition. Prior to joining Honeywell, Park held leadership positions at UNID, Sampyo Group, and Baker Hughes, GE's energy subsidiary, bringing a wealth of experience to his new role.
