A student at Kumoh Technical High School participated in the 59th National Skills Competition by creating device components as part of a task in the field of polymechanics. The annual event, sponsored by Samsung Group with 250 million won ($188,000) since 2007, aims to nurture young talent. Notably, the conglomerate has hired 1,600 high school graduates who demonstrated outstanding performance at the competition in its affiliates such as Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display. In summary, the 59th National Skills Competition at Kumoh Technical High School saw a student engaging in polymechanics-related tasks, with Samsung Group providing annual sponsorship of 250 million won since 2007 to support the event and promote the development of young talent.
