Big Hit Music, the record label behind K-pop sensation BTS, will introduce a specialized hip-hop training program called "Hit It Base 2024." Scheduled from November 9 to December 15, the initiative aims to provide free professional guidance to teen boys interested in pursuing a career in hip-hop music, covering areas such as songwriting, stage performance, and styling. Concluding with a live "Final Show" on December 15 hosted by popular YouTuber Mimiminu and featuring rapper Kid Milli as a guest performer, exceptional participants may earn an opportunity to showcase their talents on Dingo Music's YouTube channel, "Rising Verse." Open to male teenagers born between 2006 and 2014, the program welcomes individuals passionate about hip-hop and eager to express their personal narratives through music. Prospective candidates can apply via Big Hit Music's official audition website from September 30 to October 27, by submitting a brief video exhibiting their hip-hop enthusiasm alongside a front-facing photograph. A total of 20 participants will be chosen for this immersive training experience.
