Hanmi Global ranks 8th in global CM/PM sales


Hanmi Global, a South Korean construction management firm led by Chairman Kim Jong-hoon, has recently been ranked 8th in Engineering New Record's list of top construction management and project management firms for the year. This achievement marks the fourth consecutive year that Hanmi Global has secured a position within the top 10 firms. The annual rankings are based on global sales figures from the previous year, with a specific focus on the US market. In 2023, Hanmi Global recorded $244.8 million in sales related to construction and project management, improving from its 10th place ranking in the previous year. The company's success in the global arena is highlighted by its $111.2 million in overseas sales, ranking 12th among its international competitors. Hanmi Global's strategic growth initiatives have propelled its presence in various markets, including the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. With a track record of completing over 3,000 projects across 60 countries and subsidiaries in 12 nations, Hanmi Global has established itself as a key player in the industry. The firm's strong performance in overseas projects, contributing 57.7 percent of total revenue in the first half of 2024, underscores its continued expansion and success, particularly evident in significant developments like the Abdullah New City in Kuwait and the Neom City worker accommodation complex in Saudi Arabia. Domestically, Hanmi Global continues to thrive in sectors such as high-tech plants, energy infrastructure, and urban redevelopment, showcasing its multifaceted growth strategy.
