Wellness Seoul 2024 to highlight healthier, balanced living

In today's fast-paced world, prioritizing physical and mental well-being has become increasingly important. To promote a healthier lifestyle, The Korea Herald's Herald Media Group, with support from the Seoul Metropolitan Government, is launching Wellness Seoul 2024. This event aims to bring together individuals from all backgrounds to celebrate wellness, offering a variety of activities from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 6 at the Sebitseom Banpo Hangang Park in Seoul. One of the main attractions of Wellness Seoul 2024 is the Slow Tortoise Marathon with Pets, a unique opportunity for participants to leisurely walk or jog with their pets along the Han River. Led by marathoner Lee Bong-ju, the focus is on enjoying the experience and bonding with pets rather than setting records. Additionally, the event will feature the Wellness Seoul Concert with performances by soprano Kim So-hyun, musical actor Son Jun-ho, Paul Potts, and more. Families can also enjoy activities like the Balance Bike Race for children and yoga sessions for parents provided by Mulawear. Interactive booths will offer wellness-themed games and educational experiences, making well-being accessible to all attendees.
