K-pop boyband Zerobaseone, also known as WakeOne, has been chosen to perform the opening theme song for the popular Japanese TV anime, Pokemon. Their Japanese digital single "Only One Story" is set to be released on various music platforms on October 11, coinciding with the premiere of the latest series of Pokemon on TV Tokyo. Described as an upbeat and catchy track by their agency WakeOne, the song aims to deliver a cheerful message to viewers embarking on adventures, featuring an addictive melody that is easy for anyone to sing along to. In addition to their anime collaboration, Zerobaseone has recently launched their first overseas tour titled "Timeless World," which began successfully in Seoul on September 20-22. Following their performance in Singapore, the group is scheduled to hold concerts in Bangkok on October 5, Manila on October 12, Jakarta on October 26, and Macau on November 2-3. Furthermore, they have upcoming shows in Aichi on November 29 - December 1 and in Kanagawa on December 4-5 in Japan.
