Czech-based turbine manufacturer Doosan Skoda Power is set to list its shares on the Prague stock exchange next month, according to a statement released by its parent firm on Monday.
The company plans to offer between 9.57 million and 10.52 million shares on February 6 to raise between 120 billion won ($84 million) and 160 billion won. The shares will be priced between 13,200 won and 15,600 won for investors from the Czech Republic and Britain.
In anticipation of the initial public offering (IPO), Doosan Skoda has scheduled a briefing for investors on February 5.
The funds raised from the IPO will be allocated towards upgrading production facilities and enhancing research and development efforts at both Doosan Skoda Power and its parent company.
Doosan Enerbility, the parent company, is a plant equipment manufacturer within a larger conglomerate.

주가는 체코와 영국의 투자자들을 위해 1주당 13,200원에서 15,600원으로 책정될 예정이다.
두산 스코다는 2월 5일 투자자들을 위한 공모 계획에 대한 설명회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
공모를 통해 조달된 자금은 두 회사의 생산 시설 업그레이드와 연구 개발 활동 강화에 사용될 예정이다.
두산 에너빌리티는 한국의 플랜트-로보틱스 대기업인 두산 그룹의 플랜트 장비 제조업체다.
