Lisa of K-pop girl group BLACKPINK has released her first solo full-length album, titled "Alter Ego," on Friday, as announced by Sony Music Entertainment Korea.
The album consists of 15 tracks, featuring the lead single "Fxck up the World." Notable B-sides include "Elastigirl," "Thunder," "Badgrrr," "Lifestyle," "Chill," and "Dream."
In "Alter Ego," the Thai singer-rapper delves into various personas through five characters: Roxi, Sunni, Kiki, Vixi, and Speedi. Each character embodies a different aspect of Lisa and is associated with specific tracks on the album, as stated by the album's local distributor.
Additionally, the album includes the prerelease track "Born Again," which features American rapper Doja Cat and British singer-songwriter Raye. This song debuted at No. 69 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart last week.
Lisa has collaborated with several global pop stars for this album, including Megan Thee Stallion, Future, and Tyla.
Furthermore, the K-pop star is scheduled to perform at this year's Academy Awards ceremony alongside Doja Cat and Raye on Sunday (U.S. time). In April, she will also take the stage as a solo artist at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, a prominent U.S. music event.
