Police arrested a man on Friday who attempted to breach the gate of the Chinese Embassy in central Seoul, reportedly with the intention to "attack" the building.
The incident occurred at 7:36 p.m. when the man, identified by the surname Ahn, tried to enter the embassy without authorization.
