Supporters of President Yoon Suk Yeol held a rally outside the National Human Rights Commission of Korea building in Seoul on February 10. The National Human Rights Commission of Korea (NHRCK) convened its plenary meeting amid increasing demands from Yoon's supporters for a fair trial at the Constitutional Court. This meeting followed a proposal from an NHRCK standing commissioner regarding the recommendation, which was part of an agenda addressing the national crisis stemming from Yoon's brief martial law declaration on December 3 of the previous year.
Previous discussions on January 13 and 20 were not held due to significant protests from supporters of liberal opposition parties. On the day of the meeting, pro-Yoon demonstrators attempted to enter the NHRCK building to counter protesters opposing the recommendation but were dispersed by police intervention.
Supporters of Yoon have urged the commission to adopt the recommendation in his favor, while opposition parties and their supporters have expressed strong opposition to the move. Prior to the meeting, lawmakers from both ruling and opposition parties visited the commission to voice their opinions on the agenda.

월요일 아침, 윤 대통령 지지자들은 제안된 권고안에 반대하는 시위자들을 막기 위해 인권위원회 건물에 진입하려 했으나, 이후 경찰의 개입으로 흩어졌다.
윤 대통령의 지지자들은 위원회가 그의 입장을 반영한 권고안을 채택할 것을 요구하고 있는 반면, 야당과 그 지지자들은 이 움직임에 반대하고 있다.
회의를 앞두고 여당과 야당 의원들이 위원회를 방문하여 안건에 대한 의견을 표명했다.
