The court revealed that the formal hearing will address allegations that Yoon incited an insurrection through his brief declaration of martial law in December.
Deputy Prime Minister Choi Sang-mok and Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul, both of whom were requested by the prosecution as witnesses, are scheduled to testify at the initial hearing. The prosecution's indictment indicates that both officials expressed concerns to Yoon prior to his martial law declaration on December 3.
Yoon was not present at the court during this second pretrial hearing, as attendance is not mandatory for defendants during preparatory sessions.

첫 번째 재판 준비 회의와는 달리, 윤 대통령은 월요일 법원에 출석하지 않았다. 준비 회의에 피고인의 출석은 필수가 아니다.
