김씨는 “집회에서의 극단적인 발언이 하루 종일 이어지기 때문에 손님과 대화하기가 힘들 때가 있다”고 말했다.
탄핵 판결일이 다가오면서 교육 당국도 헌법재판소 인근의 여섯 개 학교에 대한 안전 우려로 긴장하고 있다.
이들 학교는 서울시교육청의 권고에 따라 판결 당일 휴교를 고려하고 있다.
헌법재판소에서 50미터 거리에 위치한 재동초등학교 관계자는 “학생들이 학교에 오가며 시위자들의 날선 발언에 부정적인 영향을 받을 수 있다고 우려하고 있다”고 말했다.
중앙고등학교 관계자도 “판결 당일 학생 안전에 유의하라는 서울시교육청의 공식 서신을 받았고, 재량휴업을 검토할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
최종 판결 날짜는 아직 정해지지 않았지만, 더욱 많은 시위자들이 헌법재판소로 모일 것으로 예상되면서 긴장이 높아지고 있다.
